River Stone Crushing Plant in Thailand

This stone crushing plant is mainly processes river stone from channel to make building materials of 0-5mm.

River stone is of high hardness and strong abrasive resistance, which can cause crusher and sand maker to be worn quickly during production. A typical configuration for river stone crushing is a vibrating feeder with pre-screening function, primary jaw crusher, secondary fine jaw crusher or cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher and vibrating screen. The stone above screen will return to the crushing plant for crushing once again.

The mixed raw material is pre-screened by one set of 3YA1860 vibrating screen, and those below 5mm will be delivery to nature sand storage, those between 5-40mm will be kept in a buffer storage bin before cone crusher.
