150 TPH Gravel Mobile Crusher in Pakistan

This mobile plant consists of  ZSW490×110 vibrating feeder, PFS1214 impact crusher, 3YA2160 vibrating screen etc. 3 kinds of final particle can be achieved, which are 0-5mm, 10-20mm and 10-30mm.
The crushing plant processes marble and it has feeding, crushing and screening functions. The production process of the marble production line is : hopper-> vibrating feeder-> jaw crusher (primary crushing equipment)-> cone crusher (secondary crushing equipment)-> vibrating screen-> conveyor-> finished product.
The integrated mobile crushing plant performs well with marble crushing, and has advantages such as easy transportation and operation, great flexibility, and being compact in site area.

This production line has a capacity of 150t/h.
This mobile plant has the following functions as feeding, crushing, sand making, screening, etc.
